Welcome to Sector 51

Sector 51 is one of the most strategically located residential sector of Noida, from connectivity perspective. Situated in core of in Noida city, this is the only sector, which is facilitated by Delhi Metro as well as Noida Metro. It is located on cross section on of two of the main artery roads of the city i.e. Vikaas Marg connecting the commercial/entertainment hub of the city (sector 38 and sector 18) with Greater Noida West and Vishwakarma road connecting the Jobs hub (sector 62/63 with) and Noida expressway.

Sector 51 is split in two parts i.e A&B Block and C,D, E &F Block, because of natural physical separation and because development in these parts happened at different times. Currently these are being managed by separate RWAs. This website represents part of sector 51, comprising of C,D,E & F Blocks. Sector 51 is predominantly a plotted colony of around 400 Plots, with sizes ranging from 450 to 112 square meters, wherein around 250 families are residing, as on date i.e. end of year 2024.

Large number of commercial facilities, Malls are under construction, just adjacent to this sector, including MMR 52 Avenue Noida, M3M The Line, Dasnac Arc, IKEA, Central 50 Noida, Medanta Hospital and few more. Once construction of these facility is completed, Sector 51 is expected to witness a substantial uplift in ambiance and convenience due excellent proximity to these facilities.
